In the foreground is Steve Welch of Two Rivers walking through the tall grass along side the Little Manitowoc River as Marcel Kuemmet of Manitowoc, far right, walks along the rivers edge in Manitowoc on Friday morning. Kimbro has been missing since early Tuesday, November 14 after leaving the Tropics Tavern in Manitowoc. At this time the Manitowoc Police Department has no reason to suspect foul play but if you have any information about Kimbro's whereabouts
